At ANDNEW Fight Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be attached and included
  • Items must not show signs of use, odor, stains, damage, or washing
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Any item returned without its original packaging or tags may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless received faulty:

  • Mouthguards
  • Hand wraps
  • Ankle guards
  • Groin guards
  • Compression wear
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items

Gloves & Shin Guards Policy

Due to the nature of combat sports equipment, boxing gloves and shin guards must be returned in brand new, unused condition.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item has not been used for training, sparring, or competition
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories remain intact
  • The item is free from odors, stains, excessive wear, or damage

Please note that minor cosmetic variations, light surface marks, or natural shaping may occur due to the handmade nature of fight gear and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or handling beyond normal inspection.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@andnewfightgear.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the fault

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Some of our products are handmade fight gear and apparel. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as loose threads or slight variations may occur and do not affect product performance or durability. These are not considered manufacturing defects unless the item is deemed unusable.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
